pls keep in mind Nahenahe Maui jewelry is not responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen mail, if your package seems to be lost, stolen or damaged please contact USPS to file a claim asap.

*NOTE: when ordering pls double check your shipping address!!! we cannot make any changes to your shipping address once your package has been dropped off to USPS.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible, once your order has shipped a tracking # will be sent to your email.

Orders typically take 2-5 business days to be delivered, delivery times can vary based on the distance, with closer locations typically arriving sooner & longer distances taking up to 5 business days with possible delays.

*Note: once your package has initiated shipping, all inquires regarding shipping delays, shipping status, etc. must be made thru USPS. please understand that we have no control or authority to locate your package once its in the hands of USPS.
